Atlas MD Patient Hub

Managing Billing with the Patient Hub

After logging into your Patient Hub account and navigating to the Billing page from the top navigation, you can take the following actions:

Add a Credit Card

To add a credit card:

  • Click Add Credit Card in the bottom right corner

  • Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC

  • Choose whether the card is HSA/FSA and auto-charge eligible

  • Finally, click Save

Make Payments

To make a payment:

  • Select a payment method (credit card or bank account) from the dropdown box in the upper right corner

  • Enter the amount you would like to pay

  • Click Confirm

You can also make payments directly from the home page of your Patient Hub account.

Review Invoices

The Patient Hub keeps a complete record of past invoices on the left side of the Billing page. You can also view invoices from the home page of your Patient Hub account.

You can view the date each invoice was issued and the amount invoiced. You can also download a PDF of the invoice by clicking the download button to the right of any invoice.

Dedicated app access

Both the Patient Hub and Patient App give you complete control of your billing and allow you to add credit cards, link bank accounts, make payments, and track invoices.

 

The Patient Hub works with the Atlas.md Patient App. Once you've downloaded the app, you will be able to access the Patient Hub directly from your device.

Managing Billing Using the Patient App

To manage your billing, head to the Billing page by clicking the menu icon in the upper left corner, then Billing.

This page displays all of your current and past invoices. You can see the full details of any invoice simply by selecting it.

Managing Payment Methods

To manage payment methods, click the Manage Payment Methods button at the bottom of the Billing page.

Here you will see all credit cards and bank accounts currently linked to your account.

Adding a Credit Card

To add a credit card:

  • Click Add Credit Card

  • Enter your card information

  • Choose whether the card is HSA/FSA

  • Choose whether or not you would like to enable auto charge

  • Finally, click Save Credit Card

Managing Payments

To make a payment:

  • Click on the Make a Payment button at the bottom of the Billing page.

  • Select your payment method – credit card, bank account, or Apple Pay

  • Enter the amount

  • Select Confirm Payment

  • Finalize the confirmation of your payment
    * Wait a few moments for confirmation that the payment has been processed successfully
