*We currently do not offer immunizations/vaccines in our office, but can refer you to low-cost facilities that do.
**We do not perform in-office Covid-19 testing. We recommend purchasing an over-the-counter test from your local pharmacy & perform at home, or visiting a local Urgent Care facility for testing.
